Items in stock in our UK warehouses are currently still available for delivery. Please call us on 01273 921522 or email us at sales@onske.co.uk if you have any questions or concerns when placing an order.

Warehouse picking times Warehouse picking times will be kept to a mininum and to one operative at a time for safety therefore we will dispatch goods once or twice a week rather than daily.
 
DPD and The Pallet Network can leave goods in a safe place: (eg: porch, entrance or garage) if you'd rather not have them handed directly to you. You can use courier updates to change your delivery options as preferred.
 
For installation of marble tables For installation of marble tables  by two man teams, our delivery partners are adhering to advised guidelines and are still operating however, this may change in coming weeks.

Please note: any non-urgent enquiries such as swapping goods, replacements or repairs will be on hold until further notice. This is to minimise risk to staff and tradespeople. Any issues will be addressed in due course after this crisis abates. We would appreciate your understanding on this.
 
For pre-order items, For pre-order items, we are liaising with our freight agents and shippers regularly. At present, pre-orders are on schedule, however, there may be future delays in international shipping therefore our standard 8-10 weeks for new items may be extended going forward.
