What can I say? This company is awesome! The service was impeccable, communication was instant and so very helpful. The chair arrived promptly the day after ordering. Minimal effort to put together and is so beautifully made. The leather is such high quality. No-one believes me when I tell them the price as it looks like so much more. Worth every penny. My star rating is for the look of the lamp because I really like it.
It was packed very well and so there was no damage to anything - thank goodness. However, there were no assembly instructions - which would have been nice - and the screw thread part of the assembly was very difficult to get right so that I didn’t cross thread. It almost seemed as if the two threads were slightly different in size. After quite a number of attempts I managed to get it threaded but before then I was beginning to think I was going to have to return the lamp and that made my heart sink.
Just the perfect stool for our high table, sturdy, comfy and great looking.
