March 2016- I found Onske to be very responsive to my order both in the initial supply and then when I had a problem the issue was rapidly dealt with. To my eye the chair I had ordered did not appear to be sitting perfectly level. I emailed Onske with photographs and they did not disagree and dispatched a replacement immediately. The replacement was perfect and the whole process was dealt with very professionally and I am very pleased.
