Other items with transit damage or minor marks that we sell to clear at heavily discounted prices from our Sussex warehouse. One off items and bargains on solid wood furniture.

See below how we grade outlet items:

C  - Clearance Stock (usually as new, end of line items, discontinued products, end of production runs, older stock)

TD - Transit Damage (Items that may have sustained minor marks, small scuff mark to wood, very small tear to leather or other very minor defects en route to or from our warehouse)

EX - Ex-display (out of the original packaging, may have been used as display items, minor wear and tear or minor scuffs)

I had my last chair for over ten years and I only needed to replace it because the damper kept getting lower. I know I could have replaced the damper but I fancied a slightly different style and the one I chose did not disappoint. I love the quality leather, the great choice of colours and the quality of manufacturing. This chair does not disappoint in any way, it is better than expected and such great value for money. I won’t be back any time soon but maybe in another ten years I may come back for a different colour! Thanks for a lovely chair.

Chair is just what I wanted. Well made and easy to use. Very comfortable. Only criticism, which is not of the chair, is that the polystyrene in the packaging makes a mess and is a pain to clear up so an alternative would be useful.
