DELIVERY INFO:
**NB: Delivery by two person service with assembly and removal of packaging - normally within 12 days to London, Home Counties and South East UK postcodes. For outlying areas, Wales, North Midlands, North of England and further postcodes, delivery may take up to 4 weeks by van service. Delivery is to ground floor or first floor as standard.

If delivery is to 2nd floor or above or without a lift, if there is restricted access on stairs or narrow spaces, please contact us, so we can confirm with the delivery team in advance.

**NB: For the largest 200cm size marble table, delivery is to ground floor only as standard due to the weight.

If not notified and access is difficult on the day and therefore the installation is not possible then there will be a charge applied for the two person team's time, from any refund issued.

Please Note** Marble Tables are delivered polished but unsealed so you can choose you own sealant to suit.
Sealants suitable for 'machine polished' or 'factory polished' marble can be purchased from any reputable tile/stone merchant or hardware shop.

Each table top is an individual quarried piece of natural stone and therefore each will have unique variations in the colour and pattern of the marble. As table tops are factory crated it is not possible to open and choose a specific top in advance.

Product images shown are indicative of the colour and characteristics of the products but cannot be 100% representative as every table top, being a piece of natural stone is unique in its pattern and tone. All natural stone has inherent characteristics and any pattern variations or colour areas are part of this individual stone and not considered flaws. Natural stone, tops may have very minor marks from time to time. Any mark under 2mm in size is not considered an imperfection.

Marble/Stone surfaces will etch from acids found in wine, vinegar etc as well as spills from hot drinks like tea. To prevent this we recommend tops are protected with placemats and coasters.

We hold most of our stock in Sussex, UK for items showing as in stock but excluding marble tables, we aim to dispatch out of our warehouse within 72 hours or 3 working days, from the date of order, for a kerbside or courier delivery.

For smaller and lighter items (eg: decor, lighting, single dining chairs, office chairs, side tables) delivery is via DPD and they will send updates to you via phone and/or email. You can then change delivery options via the DPD website.

For larger and heavier goods (eg: armchairs, fibreglass tables, pod chairs, large glass coffee tables and sofas) delivery is via pallet service to kerbside to protect them in transit. Once the item arrives at the depot closest to the delivery address, the depot are requested to call you directly to book in a suitable delivery date with you. Pallet deliveries are scheduled 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and pallet companies do not provide short window times like smaller item couriers.

For out of stock and pre-order items, we allow up to 14 weeks for delivery depending on what part of the production process an item may be at. Sometimes, items will arrive sooner if already en route to our warehouse.

During the checkout process, the most effective delivery option will be calculated based on number of items, size of the item(s) and the UK destination area.

- Small and medium items are sent via DPD 

- Larger armchairs and heavier items delivered by TPN Pallet Courier

- For London or South East only you can select a 2 person van service option

- You can also select FREE collection from our warehouse at BN9 Sussex as an option and arrange your own courier

Returns

If you have an issue with any item or wish to return your order because you have changed your mind, please contact us sales@onske.co.uk to let us know.

Our standard returns policy for items bought is 30 days. This applies to all purchases, once we are notified within 14 days from date of receiving the goods.

Every effort will be made to ensure that the products you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect. Please open and check your order within a reasonable time (usually 5 days) from receipt of your products and inform us of any transit damage problems immediately. All items and parts of items must be checked for any damage prior to assembly.
